eL-coverage co., ltd. (hereinafter “the Company”) establishes the following Privacy Policy regarding the handling of users’ personal information in all applications (hereinafter “the App”) provided by the Company.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to all mobile apps and software developed and provided by the Company. Please refer to the “App-Specific Supplements” section for information specific to each app.
2. Information We Collect
(1) Personal Information
In principle, our apps do not require user registration and do not directly collect personal information such as name or email address.
(2) Access to Files and Data on Your Device
The App accesses files selected by the user and data on the device only to the extent necessary to provide the App’s functionality. Such data is processed only on the device and is not transmitted to the Company’s servers.
(3) Advertising (Free Version)
The free version of the App uses Google AdMob to deliver advertisements. AdMob may collect the following information for ad delivery and measurement purposes:
- Advertising ID
- Device ID and other IDs
- Approximate location (based on IP address)
For users in the EU, UK, Switzerland, and other applicable regions, consent is obtained through the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP), and personalized or non-personalized advertisements are delivered according to the user’s choice.

(4) Crash Reports and Usage Statistics
The Company may collect crash information and usage statistics for the purpose of improving app quality. This information does not identify individuals.
(5) Billing Information
Payments for paid plans (see “9. Subscriptions” below) are processed through Google Play and handled by Google. The Company processes purchase tokens and product IDs only and does not directly collect credit card information or other payment-related personal information.
3. Purpose of Use
The Company uses the collected information solely for the following purposes:
- Providing and improving app functionality
- Storing settings and history on the device
- Delivering advertisements (free version)
- Managing subscription status (for paid plans)
- Fixing defects and improving quality
4. Provision to Third Parties
The Company does not provide users’ information to third parties except in the following cases:
- With the user’s consent
- As required by law
- Provision of data to advertising partners (Google AdMob) (free version)
- Payment processing through Google Play
5. Data Storage Location
All settings, history, and other data are stored locally on the user’s device. No data is transmitted to the Company’s servers. Data handled via AdMob and Google Play is stored and managed in accordance with the policies of the respective service providers.
6. Children’s Privacy
Our apps are not intended for children under the age of 13. The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Policy may be revised as necessary. Significant changes will be announced on this website and in the “What’s New” section of the Google Play Store.

9. Subscriptions
(1) Plans
The App (radiaudio) offers the following paid plans:

Prices in other currencies are determined according to Google Play’s pricing rules and are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase.
(2) Auto-Renewal
Unless cancelled, your subscription will automatically renew for the same plan if you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. No charges will be made if you cancel during the free trial period.
(3) How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription from the Google Play subscription management screen:
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap your profile icon → “Payments & subscriptions” → “Subscriptions”
- Select radiaudio and tap “Cancel subscription”
After cancellation, you can continue to use Premium features until the end of the current billing period.
(4) Refunds
Refunds are governed by Google Play’s refund policy (https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637 ).
10. Data Deletion Requests
(1) In-App Data Deletion
Within the App, you can delete locally stored data such as analysis history and skip settings.
(2) Behavior on Uninstall
When you uninstall the App, all settings and history stored on the device are automatically deleted by the operating system.
(3) Data Held by the Company
The Company does not collect or retain any information that directly identifies users, such as name or email address. Therefore, no request to delete personal data from the Company’s servers is necessary.
(4) Deletion of Data via AdMob and Google Play
You can reset your advertising ID from “Settings → Privacy → Ads” on your Android device. For deletion of data on Google’s side, such as purchase history, please use Google Account’s data management feature (https://myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy ).

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from this Policy or the use of the App shall be governed by the laws of Japan, with the Tokyo District Court as the court of exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance.
App-Specific Supplements
radiaudio
A local audio player for playing recorded radio program files. The App does not have radio reception or recording functionality.
Permissions Used
- Storage / Media File Access: Used for reading audio files.
- Notifications: Used for displaying playback controls in the notification area.
- Foreground Service: Used to maintain background playback.
The App does not use permissions for location, camera, microphone, contacts, or similar.
